A good read, and well worded for what I and I'm sure other STALKERphiles feel for the game. It's a true rarity for a game to genuinely cause such a soul sucking suspension of disbelief, and whatever chemistry GSC found, it's possible that we might never get that back. A definite shame.

I'm not. What I'm getting is that it's sad that so many exceptional PC-focused studios are dead, it's a pretty big loss for the platform. There's nowhere near that much out of business console teams, you could probably count them on one hand
