It wasn't terrible either. I think it's a good base for the developer to build on in Transistor.

It's isometric, has a narrator, and was drawn by the same artist. That's the end of the similarities in my point of view.

Maybe semantics but for what it's worth we don't consider the speaking character in Transistor to be a narrator. The speaking character is in the world together with the player character, experiencing the events of the story as they come -- as opposed to telling the story of what's happening (as in Bastion). It's a big modal change from a writing standpoint and hopefully feels different when playing.

But yeah, all seven members of the Bastion team are back on this project, though our goal is for Transistor to have its own distinct identity despite any superficial similarities.

P.S.: Nice to have made GT's list! The Witness is my #1 too.

Ah, that's a shame. I love it, love Delta even more but SSHD has a special place in my heart. Was my first ever online purchase on PS3. Such an amazing experience.
