GTA Stock Market & Insider Trading Thread: Scratching that BAWSAQ itch

Extrapolating from the prices that people are quoting, it would seem we're doing it on the 360, but can't speak for all. Given that, if you're on the PS3 and Badger is just as low - jump in.
Also guys: ZIT is dropping as well and it's now at 4.50 for the 360.
PS3 here, got in at $3.78 or so.

BDG was 4.21 30 minutes on PS3 and it's just jumped to 4.5! I wouldn't mind if it a short jumo as I'll be dropping out of Bawsaq. While I do the Lester missions later this week.

Welp, taking the big risk in hopes of big gains! Cashed out all holdings across the guys and reinvested it all back into Badger.
Currently at 7.92 on 360, with Mike dropping 7.5M, Frank plunking around 4M, and Trev sinking his half mil in.
Here's to finally seeing some of those massive gains you guys have talked about!!

I bought Badger this morning (PS3) at $3.80-something and now its over 6 bucks in the game. I put all of my PIS gains in, and Trevor and Franklin are over $300 mil now. I'll stay on Badger hopefully until they are billionaires, and then cash out. Michael only has $15-20 million right now after buying up the movie theaters, so I will still look to keep investing with him.

Certainly hope so. I only found out about waiting on the Lester missions till I had only one left. I hopped on the PIS and HAL train as I could, and especially after finishing the game since I wanted to take a few days off before coming back to wrap up things.
Cashed out of PIS and HAL, making a decent ROI - did the last Assassination mission nearly doubling my money, and just dumped it ALL into Badger.
Figure it's pretty much bottomed out, it can only go up from here. Especially if all of us are jumping on it. PS3 here btw.
EDIT: Was just checking my "preinvestment" and "post investment" saves - when I reloaded the invested one BDG had already made me 3.8 mil. ($7.55 on PS3)

I only really started investing about 5 days ago. I put all my end-game cash on each character into PIS (about $28 million each) and in those 5 days I've made about $10 million profit for each character.
I did the first two assassination missions ages ago before I finished the game and invested no money. What I want to know is, how much can I expect to make from ~$38 million with proper investments for the last three assassination missions that I haven't done yet? Will I be able to make enough to buy the golf course?

I'm going to do the rest of Lester's missions and fiddle with the storyline stock before i go full tilt on the stock market on it's own. Finished the story an hour ago, it was alright (Vice City still can't be topped though).
Just cashed out of PIS and dumped most of the profits into ZIT. 157% profit from PIS was awesome and hoping to catch the next train. I'm not sure if this has been mentioned already, but is there a limit to how much you can invest in a stock? I couldn't put more than 80 million into ZIT for each character. I loaded up with everything I had and it look like it took, but no stocks purchased and no cash deducted. I kept trying till 79 million was accepted, so I'm assuming 80 is the max per stock?
Hmm, weird - I put in 200 million.
Not that it matters, but I'm on the PS3 version and was prompted to update this morning, although this is the first time I loaded the game in over a week. I'm going to try again when I get home this evening to see if I can purchase more, but if not, the remaining cash will go to Badger.

Is there still the 2,147,483,647 money cap? I'm pretty much close to it with Michael after all Lester missions are done, and still have to do the Twinkle stranger mission and have some profits left from PIS and HAL which I would like to take out now...
Yep - there is. Just leave some equity in stocks.

Unfortunately not; I wish we could, though, or at least "partner up" with the other characters to go in with another, or all three, when buying a business.
That's something I think would be cool in a future GTA in regards to businesses: partnering up, making upgrades like in VCS, and the profits distributed across the partnered characters.
Most likely adding all other previous investments as well. Social Club does that for me.

Got no answer on this so I made a backup save and went ahead and did the three missions. I ended up with $250 Million+ on all three characters so I can easily afford everything now. I'm still going to dabble with the stock market while I'm interested in GTA Online though and I've put a sizeable amount back into PIS and some into BDG too.

While Pißwasser has been treating me well over these past few days I will be selling all of my share in them and going all in with Badget. That stock can only go one way and that is up, UP, UP!
