One version has been leaked, the other hasn't (or if it has, I haven't seen anything about it, and to my knowledge ps3 is unhackable atm)

It's totally determined by your internet speed. So if you aren't using up your bandwidth and downloading something else while watching a stream (in which case, stop it)... nope, nothing.

Nah, I'm not downloading anything, and my internet plan is one of the fastest in NZ, only problem with the plan is that the bandwidth is capped.

The problem is that it would play smoothly for about 5 mins and then for about a minuet it would be choppy... anyway it doesn't really matter.
 
Yea was listening to lazlow on the radio and was looking for any pop in when he would do 180 turns and didn't see much, so was happy :D

Also, what did Crackdown do to render the windows? Parallax mapping or did they actually model a square room inside every building? Because that effect at night looked bad ass. It doesn't look like GTA4 is doing anything similar.

Just minor nitpicking, overall, pretty impressed.

I was trying to be lazy and copy/paste a post I made on the subject recently, but then I realized I too lazy to find it. :/ :lol

Basically, the A button on 360 (X on PS3) is the block button when you're fighting hand to hand. If you time it correctly and tap the button before a hit lands, you'll dodge the attack instead. Then you have the option to either counterattack or disarm the target if he tried to hit you with a melee weapon.

That decision in made depending on which of the three attack buttons you press for the follow-up.

Dude this is absolutely insane. He drove into forbidden territory so he got 6 cop stars and the whole world going after him. They're shooting the shit out of his firetruck but they aren't destroying it because as the truck catches fire, he's using the firetruck's water to douse the flames.

WTF! Did Rockstar think of everything?? :lol
 
The closest thing I've been able to do to avoid the chat is just scroll the chat window to the very top, it won't move, so I guess you could just leave it wherever the least idiotic banter is at. :lol

Are those controls correct DrBo42? The only melee I've seen consisted of punching or getting punched.

Haha, the guy just jumped from the top of a skyscraper, died from a ledge not even half way down, he never made it to the ground. :lol

Just use this icon (but it covers half the screen so i get your point, but you only know that he is going to type something is when he isn't doing anything)

Hahaha. He purposely let that guy he jacked run up to the back door so when I gunned it the dude grabbed on to the back door handle. So great.
