Ask dchavez, he found it and deserves the credit. I just thought it'd be worthy of a new thread as I'm sure not everyone follows the big one.

I thought the physics and handling during driving were supposed to be better. That just looked horrible, way worse than previous games.

It's a shit car, do you expect it to handle like a high performance sports car?

I went as far as the first artwork picture, then quickly stopped. Nothing is going to spoil my first time enjoyment of this game.

The 360 version is on pirate sites right now as well, which sucks.

As for the car physics, clearly the guy sucked at driving. But what interested me was
the way the car crashed into the light post, it clearly went for a fun slide along the ground in the rain, which would make driving in different conditions just kickass and exciting
 
Is the framerate really that horrible? Just like the past games. Should have cut down on the GFX instead IMO.

Car didn't look that shitty, I'd expect it to at least have shock absorbers in somewhat working conditions. We shall see with more movies hitting soon.

Yeah we've known that for a little while now. They are checking for ID at bridges/tunnels, something Niko obviously doesn't have.

Yeah that looked pretty good.
 
Cant really judge anything from a off camera video like this, but there were a bit of frames being dropped, it might hurt the driving. Overall, a good and funny intro.

Hm, where did the framerate drop, didnt notice it, looked at the gameplay part like 2 times now.
 
It's nothing TOO huge guys, and nothing way different from anything we've seen in trailers before - but if you're super-sensitive about that, you can skip it I guess, you won't be missing much I guarantee guys...

It's probably because I convinced myself a long time ago to pass on the game because I won't have the time to play, that I watched it without hesitation - I may be tempted to buy it if my local store sells it way early like they usually do though... hmmmm

One of the many things I hate about pirates - playing the games way early like this.... ****.
 
I'm not one for having games spoiled before release, but FUCK that was awesome. This game will own my soul.

The framerate looks like it will be much better and more consistent than the last games, but still not perfect. About all you can ask for from a GTA IMO. If you remember correctly, all of the last GTA games on consoles had framedrops when NOTHING was going on screen, even the xbox ports. As far as I can tell it only briefly hitched up once while he was turning.

We need more and better quality videos to know for sure.
 
Looks way better than expected!!! The frame rate looks a bit dodgy though but i'll put that down to youtube, so hyped for this game!!
