Serious answer?
10 to 20% better graphics at most but better interactivity / detail in what you can do things.
Identical frame rate to the last one at best.


That's not the answer we want but I am tired of threads like these on the internet and people post wishlists of unrealistic idiocy.
I can guarantee, a bit more world detail, nothing completely mind blowing.
Frame rate wont' be suddenly flawlessly - it'll be acceptable, like the last one.

Basically you can expect the same graphical 'jump' from GTA IV to GTA V like you did with Vice City to San Andreas. Nothing big actually.

Everything they've shown to the press so far has been PS3 builds of the game. So either there really is no difference between the twins, or it looks/runs best of the PS3.

I am very confident we'll get 30 fps with minimal drops for GTA5. I have no rep to stake that on. I just believe.

I just want to see the character switching stuff, a rapid tour of the underwater area, some shooting, some driving. And running on the consoles, even if it means less than stellar framerate.
