baby groot can't be count as lesser known by now, is he? everyone pretty much agreed that Groot toys will be everywhere when the movie is out. also, I assume Baby Groot toys will be smaller than typical Hot Toys size, even in 1:1 scale.

That's why the quotation marks. It's hard to gauge how much Hot Toys will gouge the price now that GoTG is popular franchise. Star-Lord used to be cheap but now I think he too will cost a lot. :/

I'm so glad I got GoTG1's Star-Lord though because his price on eBay now is horrifying.

You can laugh at something silly someone said without being a bully. I haven't seen anyone question his intelligence, yell at him or tell him how wrong he is for disliking the trailer. At the very worst, OP is getting teased for liking something wildly unpopular while disliking something that is, people think it's funny because it's against the norm. No one is insulting him as a person.

Pulling his post history up is definitely pushing it further than it needs to go but this isn't anything new.

Subpar isn't really "innocent" but either way, it's just ribbing. No one really cares if he likes Nickelback or dislikes this trailer and he could have just as easily laughed it off as the internet joke about the band it was.

I honestly didn't like the first Guardians movie and this trailer also did nothing for me. I think it's massively overhyped and not nearly as different from regular Marvel movies as people often claim. It all felt a bit too safe to me, and it was basically your basic assembly line Hollywood production, like most superhero movies really. Boring story, boring jokes, dull movie.

I much prefer this response. Thanks. I think it's absolutely a good thing to have a discussion on online bullying, considering all the hateful dreck the Alt-right has 'legitimized'. I just don't think this is a particularly good example of actual bullying. It's seems like a bit of banter, and not something to be taken this seriously. But I suppose I can see where you're coming from.
