You know, "clear" implies being able to see through something, while "colorless" describes something that has no color. A piece of glass, for example, would commonly be considered both clear and colorless. Most gummy bears are semi-clear (that is, you can see through them), but the "clear" one that you are all referring to might be more easily distinguished if you refer to it as colorless.
See, the red one? That's clear and red. So I choose the red one since it contains the characteristics defined for both choices in the OP.
