i always do the collection last unles its missable
i play normaly 1st keeping an eye on the missables (high priority)

if it wasnt me it would of been the guy below me.. and again you would type the same thing.. if not him then its the guy below him.. and u would stil type the same thing..

how can i convince? :p
come live with me for 1 month and you could see how i play all day

he didnt remove the link becuase of rival thing..
he just did it because hes childish
you can check the other top 100 and they all have links to other trophy sites which they love
+ on his forums there are ppl with trophy sigs from psntl..
i visited many trophy sites.. never seen any of them remove a trophy site link from ther profile comment..
+ he auto filterd it now lol
Oh right, that's pretty strange, apologies in that case. Since you were the top of the leaderboard, your profile was probably the most viewed and so you linking to a rival site may have been more damaging than someone else doing it? I don't know. Anyways...

So, what does life hold for you now?
a smile

how many ps3 did your hardcore playstyle consume over the years?

i would guess the number is surprisingly low as machines that get used day in day out are somehwat lesser prone to failure then machines that get only used once in a while.
1 phat ps3 dead
i bought anothr phat but it survived for 2 years then i sold it and switched to a slim

BTW, a question: how many random friend request or spam messages do you get on a daily basis ?

used to be 200 or so before..
now its 50~80 msgs per day

I don't find *you* unconvincing. It's the fact itself, of course, that's beyond hard to believe. It's like someone telling me Daigo is also a top Starcraft player. Both require 100% of someone's playtime to keep those skills up. How can someone believe one can have those skills ready for use while concentrating daily on something entirely different? Everybody has concrete proof in his everyday gaming life that even if you go from sf4 to umvsc3 (or cod to bf, or...), skills for the first one need often painful refreshing after some time. Multiply this for music games, action, driving, fighting and so on and do your math about how believable it is for you. I mean, how many times did you all have to explain a girl that asked "are you skilled at videogames" that it's in fact a LOT of different skills?

And to boot, in all honesty, your explanation to all that is even more wild than the fact itself.
we are not speaking of a PVP challenge here...
you dont need to be super duper skilled to be able to platinum a game..
you need patience and time more than skills

daigo could complete starcracft against AI if he wanted..
and iam doing the same thing against AI..
did u see me crush any skuls in big tournaments or anything in 100 different games? ofcourse thats not possible..
iam trophy hunting not dueling
i complete objectives to unlock trophies.. dont forget that
but its up to u to beleive ;x

iam from bahrain in the GCCC

All cool Hakoom. I think you really, really need to go back and fix that blog then, as you basically did not have any of this crucial information that you have dropped in here. Other people linking to rival sites and there is no problem with that according to the site but there is with you? That's pretty f'ked. I can't help but draw conclusions when your version of the story was so bare bones, so updating it (the blog) wouldn't hurt to get your point across infinitely better.

To people throwing around the 'haters' crap, just stop. It's like you can just give people with dissenting or negative opinions a label and then that somehow invalidates everything they say. It's wrong. I can just as easily say 'lovers gonna love'. If it wasn't directed at me, then cool. My only issue was with Hakoom's blog post and he has since painted a clearer picture on this forum and my opinion has drastically changed.

Nevertheless, keep up the good trophy hunting!

Good work Hakoom! Congratulations!

I love achievements and trophies and have hunted them in certain games! I'm one of the few with all achievements in Final Fantasy XI and that took over a year! =D

If Nintendo implemented achievements I would be into it as you and your trophies! I love dedicated gamers and you are no exception Hakoom!

it depends
for example in TLOU
since there was no guide or anything..
i had to replay the game 6 or 7 times.. same with beyond..
i think its enough replay :p

43hours i think then i had to sleep
was for a single game
i actually platinumed TLOU, it took me two weeks to do it. and since you're arabic where do you live? and how can your PS3's handle all that hours of gaming without dying lol?

edit: it looks like my questions were answered.

thats fine
but what do i need to fix?
tell me what i need to add because i think i summed it up there

and you are always welcome :p
if i get atacked i like to rant in a childish way.. its just how rants work over the interner and many famous bloggers and youtubers do it too

well done HaKoom, and here i'm struggling to get my 28th plat. ".45 old school" trophy in BF4 is a damn headache.
you could take the gun from a friend and use it to kil and it would stil count

since the ps3 is made by sony iam sure it could handle my gameplay

Will you be my psn friend, brah?
on fb i can

I dunno. I'm certainly not jealous and I don't want to hate on the guy(s) if they're having fun but the whole endeavour seems like a colossal waste of money, time and effort. I just imagine they got to 100, looked at each other, shrugged, and said "now what?"

Not really. If Hakoom was playing these games because he absolutely loved video games and wanted to experience every game he could get his hands on then I wouldn't criticise. However, he's just doing it to reach some arbritary goal which is absolutely meaningless. If PSN hadn't set up this level system then he wouldn't have played all those games. Presumably he's platinumed games he hated playing. Why? He posted that he's played 40 hours in stretch! Why?

If someone watched every TV box set they could find just to be a completionist then it would be the same. I would also say that was a waste of time.

I'm confused as to what selling trophies has to do with this. How does that work? He logs in with someone's PSN account, earns them a trophy, and then gives back/deletes their account from his console (right?). His own PSN account doesn't earn a trophy, unless I'm mistaken. That would mean that this revenue service of his takes up even more of his time and that he has earned more trophies (duplicates) that actually listed on his own account.

Serious question here.

1) Do you have a job? If not, how do you survive? Family money / inheritance or something? Or do you survive only off of money you make selling plats? It seems like 100% of your life is playing games, which sounds awesome, but it leaves little time for basic necessities like... making money. Just curious how you deal with this.

2) How many hours a week do you estimate you are playing games?

3) Is level 100 the highest level or does it keep going?

4) What is the most time you ever spent for a single platinum?

5) How did you platinum Ninja Gaiden? The online shit to beat the quests on Master are FREAKING IMPOSSIBLE.

You wanted to achieve something hard and you did it. That's what makes it cool in my book. Congrats.

To people commenting poo like no-life remarks; this guy just got renowned like you won't ever be and he has the skills to earn his living from what he likes to do as you likely licking someone's backsides to get a promotion.

You should write reviews. I honestly doubt many of the reviewers ever complete 30% of the game when they write their reviews, you my friend have done 100%.

Hakoom, do you have several times a year where you just take a break for a few days? If so, why and when (e.g. things like birthdays)?

I mean I'm also into trophy hunting, nearly level 20, but there are days where I just don't want to play or more like days where I just want to play without actively aiming at every single trophy.

And how are you able to afford all the games without a job? Are you sponsored by the government of Bahrain? :p

Oh, don't be modest now. Anyone who takes a look at your trophy list can assess that

you have the skills to complete soul crushing combo challenges for most SF and BEU games.
you have the skills to complete soul crushing songs in many music games.
you have the skill to complete soul crushing action games ordeals like NG.
and I'm stopping at those.

Now: *each one* is a rare set of abilities (pretty envious of any of those). A combination of all three? Dunno, really.

Not saying it's impossible. Just unlikely. It could actually be, and I don't have any reason not to believe you're legit. But I guess it's pour parler. Soon people will start asking you to broadcast this kind of stuff live on PS4 as you go, right? Music games are a thing of the past, but new BEU are round the corner.

Congrats Hakoom, if you enjoy doing this then by all means keep doing it. What is your favorite FPS game on the PS3 and the one you had the most fun getting the plat? Same question for sports games (I'm asking this because not a whole lot of people like sports games for some reason).

Ok I am going to have to ask this since it looks like it was edited out

Someone asked How do you have time to get all these platinums yourself and get them for other people.

You responded with to an extent of "Who said I do it by myself :p but I can not talk about it here"

Now this right now since it has been removed begs to Question of your legitimacy, Since you yourself have stated you did all of this by yourself.

The only things I know that can not be discussed it straight up hacking for trophies in this case.

While I am not denying that Level 100 Trophy level is something to be proud of, this statement since it has been removed questions how it was achieved.

Would you care to answer this? and to why you removed it?

reching level 100 before level 20.

or beating game on very hard, when you only unlock very hard by beating hard and stuff like this.

and i was told it is very easy to get trophys with hacked safegames or hacked consols.

and going through your list it goes on and on, of multiply games earning trophies at the same time. All require playing not just load up and press a simple button.

There is no way this is a solo effort, The time stamps alone for these games show its a team of people.

I actually ignored achievements so much that I didn't even realize until very recently that there were levels you could gain through getting them.

Even as interesting as that would be and I do like completing things, I simply don't care about achievements all that much.

There's probably also a lot of games I would have to play that I don't care about in order to get such an achievement. To me, that's really not worth it. I really don't play video games for the sake of it. And it wouldn't be fun.

But congratulations on getting such a high PlayStation Network level.

Less then a min apart two different games and systems both require playing

And again

and again

and going through your list it goes on and on, of multiply games earning trophies at the same time. All require playing not just load up and press a simple button.

There is no way this is a solo effort, The time stamps alone for these games show its a team of people.
i already explained myself and the way i play at home
and told you that i play with 2 ps3s

and now i have a ps4 so 2 ps3s 1 ps4..
the games u mentioned can easily be played with 2 systems in between loading times..
and i love doing this to get more atention :)

lol you are also repeating the same thing with soulcalibur and contrast...
soulcalibur is so easy i can just place a turbo stiick while playing another game...

if you want me to explain every single double trophy i will do so np for me
list them all and i will explain

here is also a time where i played with 3 ps3s..

if you want me to explain every fart then i wil do so
paste the entire double list and i will explain each 1 bec i wrote them in my note book on how each unlocked and what i was doing :)
