*rolls eyes*

4 BR shots to a dude's chest, doesn't even pop his shields. Meanwhile he kills me at mid-range with about a 3rd a clip of AR ammo.

Well made game 343, not shit at all. Can't imagine why you're getting raped in player-base by the competition.

So I just realised, there is no point in holding onto the Requisition perk - wait till you get a killstreak with options you dont want, then modify your perks to include it temporarily just to change the killstreak into something you want then when you die change back.

Pretty silly that it can be used that way, but meh.
I do that. My requisition loadout also has the Ammo perk, so whenever I switch to it and change to a good loadout, I'm guaranteed a good few kills.

What the shit lol.

So not only do people get a shot at randomly getting a good weapon but if they are leveled up enough they can switch after death to a loadout and get a reroll and possible bonus ammo?

I'm not even SR30 yet!

Gotta say I'm loving the Suppressor. The automatic weapons had me skeptical at first but I tried them out for the challenge yesterday and I'm in love with it.

I also have to say I like Infinity Slayer in the sense that it's a batshit, fiesta-style mishmash, but I don't think it should be a replacement for OG Halo in any way, shape, or form. Too bad 343 doesn't seem to think that. I think social going ridiculous (adding personal ordnance into Flood, etc) and ranked being more traditional would be a good solution.

So for all the Halo lore experts out there, is there a storyline reason for why the Spartan super-soliders have impotent bitch grenade throws?

Like, reticule center of screen, grenade travels 3-5 feet? What the fuck is that shit?

You write like a 6 year old.

To be fair, I write like I'm 8.

Oops, I saw it wrong. I thought there was zero population in Halo 3 as well. If Halo 3 was to be taken offline, I would me sooooo mad.
Its nice to know that you can always go back to that game in case they really fuck something up royally.

They wouldn't dare take it offline, there would be riots in the streets.

The Halo 2 xbox retiring was my generation's Vietnam.

I just tried Halo 2 Vista. Getting no servers as well... I really hope it doesn't die. Population was low, but it was still fun.
%85 of the time I am online in that game I will run across Shura and iSuperSniper.
Those guys are troopers, seriously, I don't know where they get the time but they are also consistently playing it and are pretty good.

In Halo 3 BTB, its the same way with this guy names PoopShank and his party.

Playing old games is weird, but also has its awesome parts too it.

What? You can throw grenades almost half way across most maps. It's almost crazy.

Man, those posts earlier about the campaign in Halo 3 vs Halo 4 were excellent. Really convinced me that Halo 3's campaign had the best gameplay out of the series. Really top-notch design.

This image just explains it perfectly:

Never tried SWAT, I might give it a try.

HOLY SHIT
Whaaaat?! That's pretty sweet! Imagine, if we had more options, what we could accomplish with this game...
