March 2015, then it was delayed to summer.
That always felt overly optimistic. Wasn't that less than a year after the Kickstarter campaign ended?

Almost twice the songs, more gameplay modes, a new way to play the game (can maybe use Rock Band guitars?) and leaderboards? Annoying delay, but it's for a good reason.
The juxtaposition of tone between this thread and the Mighty no 9 thread is jarring.
Hopefully these delays lead to better products. This is a game I am excited to play with my wife, but we are both working on backlogs deep enough that a delay is fine with us, and we will be happier with a more polished and content heavy game.
I can't remember, how many songs did Amplitude originally have?
Jarring implies that there is no appreciable difference in the situations. Why do you think that?
For some reason I thought the version we were getting to begin with had the same amount of songs as the original did. I'm glad they delayed it then, I would have been deeply disappointed to find out it had 16 songs. It's for a good reason. I'm worried about the PS3 version, though. I don't like that it's 'after' the PS4 version. I don't have a PS4, so don't play games.
The original? Around 30.

Because I haven't seen anything to differentiate the two.
I dont think ive seen many, if any, major kickstarters not run into issues/delays for whatever reason.
I just dont get why people get so frustrated if things are generally communicated well and progress is being shown
If there had been any kind of survey, I would have gladly, gladly chosen to double the size of the game before adding online multiplayer.
It's just a bummer that kickstarter games in general are trending towards delays.
Lol I forgot about Barkerville. As long as they include "Barkerville", I'm ok with this.
They had a survey that said a majority of the users had PS4s and wanted that to be the lead platform. Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about the delay for the PS3 version. 26, plus 1 song exclusive to a demo disk
