Has anyone tasted their Switch cartridges yet?

I did. Was curious. Its a great feature I wish for more manufacturers made. Kid definitely won't wanna keep that in their mouths. It's vile.

I did.

Just a bit, didnt wanna slobber all over the thing.

Honestly? Tasted fine.

After all the reports I expected insanity, couldnt really tell. There was a tiny bit of a weird after taste feeling on my tongue for a few seconds, but eh.

I mean, I've seen kids eat poo, how's taste a deterrent ?
Make your cartridges edible next time, Nintendo.

I remember being given paper strips in high school Biology that would only taste bitter to either a third or two thirds of the global population.

My sisters, dad and I all tasted it but my mother couldn't taste anything.

I plan to, and expect to gain super powers.

This will work, but you'll only obtain the powers of the game's protagonist.

So in the case of Zelda, all the items you use on a daily basis will completely fall apart after a few instances of using them for the purposes they was made for, and falling a few feet means certain death.

On the up side, you are now a master chef capable of making delicious and nutrtious meals from the most ho-hum of ingredients.

I've come to really enjoy the taste and find myself stopping for a quick treat between intensive gaming sessions. Very tasty.

I licked my fingers touched the cartridge and then licked the after touch. It was a weird super bitter taste, but I only got a small taste of it so it wasn't that bad and lasted a second.

I'm so going to prank my friends with this though.

What I don't get is how Nintendo said not to let children near the cartridges.

How the fuck will children enjoy the device then? Every time they want to play a different game they have to find a parent?

Thanks to all this, not only do we have that new game smell we also have that new game taste.

Now people will probably licc any new game they get, Nintendo or not. For me, it was awful, but not the worst thing ever.

How long until we get Nintendo branded candies (cartridge flavored)???

Literally the very first thing I did before even setting up the console was taste Zelda. Also, telling my wife "Lick my Zelda!" is a terrible plan and doesn't end in any of the ways one might hope.

I want Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Cartridges. We have to branch out from bitter to sweet, sour, salty, and umami!

Kids will star challenges on who keeps the switch cartridge on their mouths for more time, some will end up eating it choking and dying.

all because of memes
