Could be worse, dude. You could be in a long distance relationship where she has feelings for another dude but she won't stop hanging out with him just because.

This..and ultimately if things still stinks it's a red flag and you should just bail..
Bail early rather than drag on with a relationship where trust is amiss.. Without trust you won't be able to enjoy the relationship at all, so a break up would be just a matter of time..

As for her being a player.. While i imagine that gaf is not exactly a den of male players, but even then i think they are human being.. Maybe she's just cutting ties with the others or with an insistent ex and doesn't want to involve you with her past but rather present/future?
Just be open and discuss politely, but ultimately you'll have to make the call if you think that her response is satisfactory or the whole relationship is just red flag material..

It's so funny a friend of mine at work just revealed to me he's in this long term game of wooing this girl he likes that it's in a long distance relationship, said he spent a bomb on dinner dates flowers and shit and people at uni thought they were actually in a relationship.

Couldn't stop laughing. My opinion of him completely changed.

Well the LDR one is still pending as far as I know. But apart from that the 'It's over' guys are unfortunately usually right.

But yeah, OP, kudos on your gut being correct, I know it's not fun what happened but at least you can know your suspicions weren't unfounded, and it sounds like you're handling the situation well all things considered. Onward and upward, good luck man.

You should talk it out properly and thoroughly and if not satisfied with the response completely cut the cord.

Even if she wasn't doing anything you will inevitably unconsciously sabotage the relationship, if you don't actually trust her so it's over either way.

Well yeah there's a lot of assholes and douches in the world, scrap a lot probably the majority of people. Doesn't mean there aren't some truly great people to make it all worthwhile you just got to weather the shit and persevere.

Advice: If you ask your gf/bf/wife/husband/SO etc.if you can use their phone and they say no, there is probably reason to be suspicious if you are suspecting something.
 
Good OP. I'm glad you avoided the mistakes I made and stuck around. It will be good to be alone for a while but eventually you'll find that one person that you can trust with all your heart.

It's always porn and sexts, always. Sometimes when people look at my phone at work I shoot my gf a "PLEASE DONT TEXT ME FOR LIKE 5 MINUTES" text just to be safe.

Don't beat yourself up over it. If anything, spend your time working on you, so you don't attract another person similar.

Also don't throw her things out. Pack them up, and either have them delivered or let her collect them from the doorway.

No point in a being a dick, which she'll only use to justify her shitty behavior.
