I have The Complete Epic on Laserdisc downstairs. That one was re-edited by Coppola and Walter Murch, I believe. Think it came out in 1990.
Never watched it, though. For one, I think it's in 4x3. And secondly it just... I'm not even all that down on Godfather III as a film (I think it's a pretty damned good gangster film - it's just not a very good CORLEONE gangster film) but there is no way I think I could make it through a chronological edit of Godfather I & II and after 7 hours have Godfather III waiting for me.
It's some super-indulgent shit that I can't make myself sit still for.
