Get four games in one with the Aero the Acro-Bat Collection! Includes Aero The Acro-Bat (16-bit), Aero The Acro-Bat 2 (16-bit), Zero The Kamikaze Squirrel (16-bit), Aero The Acro-Bat: Rascal Rival Revenge (Portable Advance), with the never-released Megadrive versions.

Aero the Acro-Bat

Step right up to the ACRO-BATiest show on earth!

The madman industrialist Edgar Ektor has seized control of The World of Amusement. He and a deranged cast of fairground freaks threaten the circus. The only hope for survival is the high-flying, death-defying AERO THE ACRO-BAT!

Spine-tingling terror unfolds as AERO tackles Ektor's wicked henchmen. Bungee jump into a battle with evil! Hang on for the ride of your life as you rise and plunge on a roaring roller coaster! Tiptoe across a terrifying tightrope! Then, power drill and twist AERO right through every sinister circus enemy imaginable. And all the while, the show must go on!

It could become a carnival of carnage in the World of Amusement. Because the evil Ektor isn't clowning around... and there's nothing amusing about that.

Aero the Acro-Bat 2

Action You Can Sink Your Teeth Into!

The aerialist extreme, Aero the Acro-Bat bounds back into the spotlight once again to stop the wicked industrialist, Edgar Ektor! Aero has entered a new realm of enchantment and must now use all his acrobatic prowess to foil a criminal plot known only as "Plan B!" Join Aero as he discovers new friends (and enemies) in a world custom-built for his high-flying adventures!

45 levels of wild acrobatic fun, including Bonus Rounds, Chance Stages, and Hidden Chambers!
New Villains and original digitized character voices!
The password feature allows you to return to any level!
Chillin' Snowboarding Stage adds a new twist to Aeros's style!
New moves and fighting techniques for Aero's attacks!
Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel

It's Zero Hour!

The evil Jacques Le Sheets has a twisted plot to create counterfeit money.

And to make paper, he's ravaging the wooded homeland of Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel! Can you save the forest and turn Jacques into pulp

Master Zero's full arsenal of Ninja techniques and weapons, you'll need them in later levels!
Hop a jet ski, speedboat and jet pack as you fly into battle at hyper speeds!
Swoop, spin, and dive through 15 levels!
16 Megs make Zero's flying-squirrel attack more fierce than ever!
Get set to Zero-in on destruction, because this squirrel takes no prisoners!
Aero The Acro-Bat: Rascal Rival Revenge

High-flying Aero-Bat-ic Action!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, please direct your attention to the center ring! The star of the show - Aero The Acrobat - is about to make his entrance and dazzle you with his amazing feats of bravery. Today only, we have a special show for you. The evil Edga Ektor, a rich, eccentric industrialist bent on revenge, has sabotaged the World of Amusement and Fun Park. And it's up to Aero to save the day!

I avoided buying it here. I'd see the Aero the Acrobat games in magazines and get excited... But I played Aero the Acrobat 2... It was a nauseating experience, and I never liked the game because of its strange art style and ugly level design. From then on, I avoided everything related to those games.

LGR scrapping the bottom of the barrel with these collections.
Nostalgia works, a friend just bought the Doom SNES cartridge and it's beautiful and plays insanely well. Plus I guess it takes a while to convince IP owners to let them cook something, this one is obviously dead.

45 levels? I don't think I ever went past the second or third level in the first game.
Very early there's a section where you have to use a cannon to blast Aero up to a platform and there's a ceiling with spikes or something next to the platform. And it's beyond the edge of the screen, so you can't know that in advance. I have very little tolerance for shit like that these days, and it's not like the game does anything special anyway.

No, no, awesome possum or Mohawk and headphone jack would be truly the bottom of the barrel or maybe the rise of the robots collection (especially with the bonus bad cdi port)
Aero the acrobat games are ok
Though always baffling when the saturns hugely under appreciated library goes ignores, just 2d games like astal, clockwork knight 1 2, legend of oasis and shinobi legions deserve re-releases 1000x more than some of the mediocre stuff lgr does
