Namco-Bandai and EA are sort of joint publishing the game in the US and Europe. I think it's because Namco-Bandai are putting a lot of effort into getting the game popular in Korea and other Asian markets.

If I'm not mistaken, this game is supposed to be somewhat like Diablo, with all the loot hunting and whatnot. If Diablo was your thing, I would be at least mildly interested in seeing how this turns out.
