I think what I dislike most about this season is the total and complete lack of social and leadership skills. Previous seasons, there was some maneuvering and stuff but mostly it was kept to a minimum, since in the end Ramsay chooses and it usually just reflected badly on someone sending the stronger people up for elimination to keep the weaker ones around. The people in the final two have, for the most part, all been not only good cooks but good leaders. I can't see any of these people leading anyone.

Yeah, basically every other season has had good leaders in the final or at least one good leader, who was also a pretty good person.

All these people seem like assholes with no leadership qualities who shouldn't ever be getting a salary that large.
