Heroes Season 3 Trailer:

I know the second season was not that good but the third season is going to be a real mindfuck. It will be like season 1 but better, badder and bigger.

Season 3 starts with a 1 hour special about season 1 and 2 and continues with a 2 hours pilotmovie. Season 3 has 25 episodes.

Sidestorys: Heroes Webisodes

Some Internet Episodes for Heroes about different people with different abilities. It has nothing to do with the main serie.

Hiro have a "nemesis" should work out pretty well. I like the way they're handling it.

I really hope these new Villains don't suck as much as the "old group" did.

Hmm. I'll admit, I saw tiny, minuscule hints of potential in that trailer. But Peter said it best:

"Something could go wrong!"

Easily.

Hopefully they show more Monica this season. She has the best, and least boring power in Heroes.

Yes, I said least boring. Peter is just man-rogue and Hiro is every supernatural show's generic time traveler.

I only watched about 4 episodes from Season 2.

I eagerly look forward to Season 3. There better not fuckin' be another "Aladdin carpet ride" scene or I'm going to kill myself.

Something interesting from the trailer:

Peter has that huge scar across his face. Maybe another episode set in the future?

Shouldn't the threat title read "Volume 3" instead of season 3? Just read this on Wikipedia:

(Spoiler about the length of the "Villains" volume)
Zachary Quinto, who plays Sylar, has stated that the Villians story arc will last for thirteen episodes.

ARRRGGG WEEEESSSSSTTTT!!!

I think it's pretty much impossible to be worst than season 2 right guys? right?!?!?!
After seeing evil/future Claire and Peter pics I've lost all hope

Speaking of which, when Zachary Quinto came to our school to talk with Dulé Hill about the Obama campaign, I asked if he could do to assure me that season 3 of Heroes doesn't suck.

Now I have a signed Obama poster where he says that he "hopes he doesn't disappoint for the 3rd season". Dulé signed it too.

I should really find that...

Anger, rising...

I still have a miniscule interest in this...but man I can't help (lulz here comes the tag-pasting) but think this is going to blow.

I noticed it too.
Maybe we find out how it got there?

Just seeing that picture of West makes me cringe. Why oh why introduce a character like that?

I need me some Heroes on Bluray as well. I've held off buying the dvd for so long so I haven't seen season 1 since it first aired.

First thing they need to do is have West get struck by a bolt of lightning. Above a volcano. That gets his by a nuclear bomb. And then the universe blows up around him.

And Claire then grains about 50 points in IQ. Maybe 100. Get her around average.

Watched the webisodes, they're not bad. Seems like an interesting enough power, he sure moved onto the "let's be lethal" control quite fast.

Most of the season premiere was screened at Comic-Con. Here are some spoilers:

- The shooter of Nathan Petrelli from last season was revealed - Peter Petrelli from the future.

- Nathan is revived... and has a vision from God. Believing he's an angel on God's mission, he is set up to be some sort of religious zealot in subsequent episodes.

- Sylar corners Claire in her house. Despite hitting Sylar over the head and stabbing him, she's caught. In a scene that drew gasps and revulsion from the audience, we see Sylar probing her brain as she twitches on a table. Claire, who is conscious, asks, "Are you going to eat it?" Sylar responds, "Eat your brain? Claire, that's disgusting." He then steals her invulnerability, then puts her skull cap with the hair back on her head (to more groans). I think someone in the audience got sick after seeing the scene.

- Suresh develops a serum to give humans powers and injects himself, thus giving him super strength.

- Hiro takes over his father's company and discovers a secret formula in his father's safe... which is promptly stolen by a new speedster character. When Hiro travels to the future to see the results, he sees his future self confronting Ando over the formula... then Ando shocking him with a red bolt of electricity.

- HRG is shown in a prison cell while Nikki is shown as the mistress of a Governor.

- Parkman discovers Peter shot his brother, but Peter then zaps him into a far away desert.

The thing is, the last two are basically the same thing as the last season of The 4400. It'll be like watching the same thing over again. :/

Sounds terrible on paper but hopefully it'll be better in action.
:(

You know, I promised myself I'd only watch the pilot for season 3, but I think I'll go ahead and watch a few more just because of it's potential to be utterly abominable. :lol

Who is HRG?

Suresh becoming a hero is fail, as is Nathan coming back to life AGAIN (and the religious stuff).

Not watching.

HRG = Horn-Rimmed Glasses = Noah Bennet.

That takes away from the whole goddamn mythos. That's like George Lucas and his damn midichlorians.

Oh dear lord. This is either going to be full of win or full of fail.

:(

Wait, Parkman has a brother? What?

This is easily one of the slowest series in history. You devote hours of viewing time to absolutely no plot progression. Hopefully they pick up the pace and stop giving those annoying as hell 4 minute recaps.

This is a heroes thread, not a lost thread.

lol wtfs but I'll watch.... those "good guys" need to come together and not go on solo missions. in the end they are all indirectly linked with almost the same goals...... justice league ftw....
