is it wrong that I was secretly hoping Linderman would regenerate? I thought he was a cool badguy >_>

I hope they kill Claire off quick, I'm tired of this bitch and her teenage love issues. This is a superhero show, not a fucking vomit inducing love drama.

Hell no, I did too.
He was an awesome arch-enemy... Instead of some super-powerful Doctor Doom generic baddie he's an old man who's power is to heal other people, thinks the ends justify the means and sincerely believes he's the good guy. Great actor for the role, too. I was sad that his on-screen time was so short. If they're going to toss resurrections around like candy they could do worse than bring him back.

I don't really care what they do with the show this season, it is impossible for it to be worse than last season. I'll watch a few episodes for sure, though. Might be entertaining if they just go all out and do some crazy/stupid stuff.

Pretty much why
I liked the character, he wasn't a stereotypical "I eat babies" villain.

'Software' in this context includes movies, DVDs and other similar products. It's not like this is anything new, and it's not like it isn't there in the Terms of Service in black and white.

I've seen mods talk about how they watched TV programs on media hosting sites and then give their "review" of it.

edit: maharg, Dragona, lyre and White Man all said they watched the Doctor Who finale (and they even talked about it with you). I seriously doubt all of them are UK residents. not to mention with Heroes S1&2 people asking for site names where they could watch it online. and Top Gear latest season (pretty sure I saw mod mention a site where he watched it illegally). not to mention people posting links to the MGS3 bonus videos which must be in the same realm as the Heroes Extras costanza posted.

Wrong. The context created by "how to get pirated software to work" and the definition of "software" in general clearly indicates video games.

it wasn't Costanza's fault, it was yours by allowing posts that clearly encouraged links to uploaded footage and by having a poorly written set of rules. it's unfair to ban him just because you have been massivley inconsistent with applying a rule that isn't even clearly identified in the rule thread.

Most of the Stage6 to shut down thread talked about a certain website that hosts Divx streams of Movies and TV Shows and no one got banned there afaik.

I actually thought it was okay here to talk about illegally watching TV Shows etc because it's done so often. Hell the Dark Knight threads had gifs made from pirated copies of the movie

Seriously though mentioning media piracy isn't a good idea (let alone specifics). This season of heroes sounds terrible, having only seen S1 how the hell did Sylar become a good guy? Did everyone forget the brain consuming spree he went on?
 
Jeph Loeb's the runner on this show isn't he? The same guy writing Hulk right now? RED Hulk? That Jeph Loeb right? I think we figured out the heroes-crappiness issue.

Are we gonna start banning people who have smoked weed? That's technically illegal too.

A couple of months ago there was a 3 page thread about the alternate ending of that movie with Will Smith, can't remember what it was called.

But that was full of youtube links and nobody said or did shit about that.
 
That's diferent though, it's just an alternet ending clip, not a movie, torrent, etc. I'm not going to get banned for wathcing "It's hip to be Square" from American Psycho, on Youtube.

It's clearly against the TOS to say "I Pirate things!", casual drug use isn't a bannable offense here, but he had to know he was running the risk of a ban. Or maybe he didn't go into the gamign side much? Admitting to piracy or posting links etc is an instaban.

I know of quite a few ppl admitting to piracy on these boards who didn't get banned.

Not talking software, but movie / shows wise.

Yes there are threads here which talk about illegal content. Hell almost every anime thread has them, but rarely do people name or link to the sites. it's a hush hush thing, and even then sometimes some people get banned or they don't. it's a risk you take. He took the risk and he got caught, oh well.

Heroes is getting its very own geek squad.

Real-life BFFs and frequent collaborators Seth Green and Breckin Meyer are nearing a deal to join the cast of Heroes for multi-episode arcs, sources confirm to me exclusively.

As I first teased in this week's episode of Ausiello TV, the Robot Chicken duo will play Atlanta-based comic book nerds aficionados who cross paths with (and perhaps serve as advisors to) one of the Heroes. I'm told the names of their characters are still in flux, so there's a chance the cheeky monikers I referenced in ATV won't stick. Then again, they very well may. (Fingers crossed that at least one of them does.)

Got any theories as to what higher purpose Green and Meyer may serve in the Heroesverse? Is it just me, or do these two bring to mind a certain nerdy advisory panel from another popular sci-fi franchise? C'mon, it can't just be me.

I've been watching the few episode of season 2 that are on Hulu and Adam Monroe is a pretty decent villain. I guess I just love the whole, living forever thing.
