Channing Tatum being up there is one of those "lose faith in humanity" type deals. Seriously, how is he worth that much to anyone?

The rest are pretty predictable, though kudos to Liam Neeson for still packing a 32 million dollar punch.

Damn that list is depressing. Not because of how much they earn, but because of who earns what. Sandler, Walberg, Tatum etc. Then you see how far down Dicaprio is...

THIS IS WHY CHANNING TATUM IS #2

"The project, announced in April 2011 was co-financed by Soderbergh and Tatum."

The fuck? Every movie he headlined last year was a big hit.

Y'all can stay mad that Tatum is making bank. People like him and go to see his movies. Well they did, 2013 hasn't been as great for him thus far.

I think no one is taking into account that Rock does like 7 movies a year, 3 or 4 that are huge blockbusters. Sometimes all released with in a few months of each other or out at the same time. Didn't he have like 2 movies in the top 10 at any given time for 4 or 5 months this year?

How long before people get tired of RDJ?
I'm all for him having his time in the sun. The man used to be a complete joke to the rest of hollywood because of his lifestyle choices and his addictions. He'll probably drop out of Blockbuster limelight within a decade, but I have now doubt he'll be getting his best actor nod not to long after that. Most people today only know him for Iron Man or Sherlock. After checking out his earlier films, it's clear he is one of the most talented actors of his generation.
Not saying that he isn't egoistic and narcissistic, just saying he is ridiculously talented.

I remember when Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was suppose to play Johnny Bravo solely based on the fact that he could raise his eyebrow like on the cartoon.

...dude I'd totally watch that :D

also why the fuck is Adam Sandler being paid $37 mil, what movie did he "star" in recently?

I'm laughing at all the people who keep ignoring the fact that Tatum bankrolled his surprise hit movie, and is getting back a large percentage of the profit.

It's kind of sad that Liam and RDJ only start making bank when the sell out and start doing sequels after have really interesting early careers. Leo's the only one out there sweating for his pay.

makes me sad that my favorite super-hottie Chris Evans isn't on that list :(
Hope he got a much better deal for Avengers 2!

I think a lot of the dislike of Mark Wahlberg comes from him always being poorly cast. He's not likable enough to be the main character, but when you put him in the role of a downright asshole (like The Departed) he certainly has talent.

I'm confused why people don't seem to understand why Channing Tatum is on there. Probably 80% of that is just his profits from being the financer for Magic Mike. Crap on his acting, but he isn't going to be on that list next year. Calm down. The guy won the lottery.

That bit of acting included him apparently tearing the shit out of his abdomen. Which probably explains the grimace at having to salute, and the pained exhale as Cena grabs his arm and thrusts it skyward. His intestines are literally squeezing through a hole in his abs in that gif.

That's what he says, but he was back to working out full blast and eating 3000 pancakes on cheat day. Would a man with torn abs with intestines poking through them be working out at 3 AM and eating that many pancakes later that week? I think not. I think it was just an excuse for the match being terrible. Just like he tore his hamstring the year before, yet continued the match with no problems including jumping off the top rope. And he was back to his crazy work out schedule days later and never mentioned it again. Just excuses because he doesn't have it in the ring anymore. It's okay. He doesn't need to make excuses. He hasn't done it in years and didn't need to come back in the first place. I think everyone understood. And it must be hard to get motivated for a 2 year program to put Cena over.

Man, if I was any of these guys I'd quit acting or work of any kind and just spend the rest of my life finding ways to enjoy spending and sharing all that money.

Big Bank. And then you remember that this was just for a period of ONE YEAR, many of them pull similar amounts a year for a decade or more... sigh
