i don´t like how this is turning into a single-speed bike thread … that was my idea for my next thread suckers …

I actually like that idea. I'll be buying a bike when I move inner city in a couple of months and I want to know what the hell the fuss is all about these 'fixie' bikes.

I want to try a hairstyle like this, but I have a decently receding hairline which might make it impossible. I may have to take a photo when I get home to give you an idea. Finding hairstyles for high hairlines and thin hair is a bitch, and my head is too weird a shape to just shave it off.

they're just really simple bikes. you feel directly connected to what the bike is doing. I can't really imagine going back now.

This thread has inspired me to this to myself. Not quite as hitlerish as the pics in the OP, but I'm planning to grow the topside longer and keep on shaving both sides. I think it looks ok on me. The style is actually quite "adventurous" for me, so I'm not entirely sure.
