I think I'm in the minority that finds Ravenclaw boring.
It looks nice but it just looks like a fancy room.

You can probably do some trick to other students, challenge them to combat etc. but you cannot kill every npcs with ripercussions, jail, chaos etc. like a proper rpg or criminal simulation like skyrim or fallout or divinity or gta.

Gonna be honest, I don't discard the possibility of a killing curse. But if I could guess, the implementation would be limited to certain story events and only as a dialogue choice, not as a magic/skill you can freely use.

It's a game design choice dude, you can have that in skyrim or fallout with all the things that these game do wrong to have more freedom (way more bugs and chance to break the game, a less coherent story because you can kill whoever you want etc.)

You are a student, not a mercenary in far cry, you can't expect to gta your way in a school.

Are you sure about the wand? Sounds like it's just the robe for your house and a beaked mask
