I usually just put him on and listen to music until Conan. Why so much hate, though? I'm no fan of his, and I think he's a bit of a dick, but there are worse late night shows.

There you go! Leno is about the only tv personality that makes me mad enough to punch. He's not funny during his monologue, his interviews are terrible, and his skits are awful. Jaywalking? People don't know who's on the five dollar bill? That's hilarious!
