I think the OP is hard to understand too. I am not sure if I get it, but here's a try:
Blatant attempt to answer the OP:
- The Human Centipede
- Saw, the sawing off his leg scenario and the syringe senario.
- Poltergiest - all of it
- Pet Semetary - having a "Zelda" in the house
- The episode "Home" of X-Files. A family so inbred that they're all super mentally ill and violent - and sexually violent. The thought - actually "knowing" that there are families out there, if not in the US, then certianly in remote places like Nepal, Bhutan and even in South America where households are extremely cut off. I think the Pitcairn Islands have a version of this issue with the Mutiny on the Bounty descendants. Lots of incest and violence there. Terrifying to me for some reason.
More fun way to answer, and what first came to mind:
- Sitting on the toilet, toilet has a hornet in it, hornet was hanging out under the toilet seat. hornet stings the tip of my penis.
- Laying in bed, I hear a sound. It's aliens. And one of them comes to the door and does the peek-in like what was in Communion. Then stands at the foot of my bed and stares.
- Swimming in the ocean, off the continental shelf where it's a mile or more down to the bottom, someone hooks a cinder block to my leg that I can almost swim hard enough to stay afloat, but ultimately can't and I get dragged down.
-Trapped under ice with full (wet, heavy) winter clothing ice skates on (which basically would be the opposite of wearing swim fins, making it nearly impossible to tread water).
- I'm something like 5% black, I had a great great great grandparent who was 100% sub-saharan african. And even before realizing this through my ancestry research and then verified with my 23andme results. I was always terrified of the claustrophobia involved with slave ships, African slave trade specifically. The thought of laying or crouching stuffed in there side by side with my brethren, some of them dead, many of them sick, vomiting, defecating - right next to me under the hot equatorial sun, - that's one that makes me uncomfortable sometimes even in bed if my feet are covered. That inescapable heat, suffocating stench, sea sickness - and pain/restraint. It makes me happy to know that some of my ancestors revolted and took over the ship and struck their own couse... which hopefully meant going home and back to their families.
