lol yeah it's so bittersweet to see Donal Logue. I want Terriers back bad :(

With that said, enjoying it so far, some foreshadowing happening in this episode about future events.

I haven't been paying attention very well. What's the deal with the woman? She was impersonating someone the guy liked a long time ago?

Yeah, set up by the cousin.

, I'm not sure which it is.
You're not very good at the whole spoiler tag thing, are you?
It was probably heroin. Actually, it was probably home-made painkiller and the procedure just looks the same.

Donald Logue is awesome! I wish he could get on something that would stick and is also quality... very quality ep tonight IMO.

WTF they only have that one song. What kind of hipsters make House?

Currently watching the newest ep, and I just had to say this before I forget:

I'm just gonna pretend this whole episode is an extra ep of Terriers guest starring the cast of House.

Good episode.
Olivia looked amazing.

The chase/foreman gag was a good idea, but they could have done more with it. Still surprising the show is just as entertaining as ever.

How is this house/cuddy bullshit is still going on.
Because that's how all good shows are ruined. Just you wait, it will eventually ruin House.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who had Terriers rage/sadness simmering inside them watching this episode.

? Oh shit.

The Sherlock Holmes allusions reaching their logical endpoint?

What happened to thrill seeking House? I was really hoping that would lead somewhere.

I was wondering this too. They seem to be very disjointed with how House is acting. He was trying to find anything that made him feel, then he seemingly did. Then he seemed to be back to his old self with having games with Wilson. Then this episode he seems to be back to hurt House and him getting some kind of revenge on Cuddy. Just seems all over the place. Maybe his apparent fixation on 13 is substituting? Not sure.

I felt like it was missing something without masters :(

I felt the exact same way. Especially this episode her optimism and trust in people would have been a good counter to 13's pessimism. Rather than House just trying to figure out why she felt that way.

This show is kind of just over the hill at this point. I rarely care about the cases and I find it annoying they built up to House-Cuddy for 4 years and then dropped it within 12 episodes.

Whoever styles the women on this show needs to be fired. Other than Masters, all the main female characters (13, Cuddy, Cameron) immediately look at least five years older with bangs. Such a turnoff.

Is it me or has 13 become much less annoying since her return?

Also I think it's pretty obvious that Huddy will return at some point.

It's because of the way they changed their approach to 13. When she was introduced, she was just this hot bisexual doctor with a secret and now we have a female House isn't an asshole, just brutally straight. It's like House said at the end of the episode, 13's coping mechanism is Fatalism. She's convinced herself that she would be miserable no matter what so that she doesn't have to face the fact that the universe dealt her an awful hand.

It's changed the way the character interacts in the show and it's really nice so far to me.

Just finished watching the newest episode. Really miss Masters. :(

Also, is it just me or did the episode go a little more in depth with the medicine than it has all season?

I wish they would cut Olivia Wilde's hair shorter a la Tron. She looks so much better that way IMO. I guess I wasn't really that attached to Masters as I really haven't thought about her since the ep she left.

I liked 13 towards the beginning and I like her even more now. I feel the same about Chase. That bloke is a legend.
I agree with you in everything. What I did like the most about the last episode was the patient story although sad :/

The problem with 13 is that, to me, she's a boring character. I was hoping she'd at least be able to wind Foreman up a little but even that isn't happening.

Overall though a decent episode. Highlight was Chase fucking with Forman.

I thought it ended ages ago after the Cuddy surgery thing. I think I saw reruns playing a monday or two after that and just assumed that they were taking a break.

Totally came in here to post about this. 13 looked way better without the bangs. But I also agree that she's much less annoying than she was earlier in the series. Masters did a great job of filling the gap - I hope they seriously consider adding her as a regular and that they don't pull a Kutner on her.
