Here's what I use:

Joy-Con Armor [I have this in black, not blue]

Never had a problem with figerprints.

Console Case

^This case also fits perfectly well inside the BotW Special Edition Case. Also, it prevents the bezels from getting dirty.

I haven't had any problems whatsoever. I just hooked up a screen protector to the sucker and it's practically invincible now
