I am obsessed with Scott Pilgrim, fancy Ramona Flowers and really like the game. Took the Map icon for Ramona, recreated it as a vector so I could make it any size and be clean. After a month or 2 I decided it needed a dropshadow to stand out a bit more. Plus though it would stand out as it is quite a blocky sprite.

I've been on GAF for a few years and never had an avatar. Never really understood what they are for. But sometimes I see a hot chick in someone's avatar and I ask them who it is, and they don't answer. Then I think maybe they didn't notice my post cause I didn't have an avatar. So I started thinking about getting an avatar for the first time. But what the fuck do I use as an avatar? I don't want to use a hot chick cause then other posters will ask me who it is and I'll be too lazy to tell them.

Why immediately jump to 'its because i don't have an avatar' when you yourself wouldn't tell someone a hot girls name because you are lazy? Would make more sense to assume they are lazy to, rather than because you lack an avatar.

As for what you should have as an avatar, anything you want. Could be a person, place, image, favourite tv/film/cartoon/game character.
