How is purchasing from the Nintendo store online (Canada)?

I was looking at buying some amiibo that I can no longer find in stores around here but was wondering how their service is.

How is their packaging when they ship your item? If anything is damaged are they usually pretty good about exchanges?

Also how is the processing/shipping time with orders from them?

I've never purchased from their store before and wanted to double check with you guys before pulling the trigger.

I've ordered from the Nintendo store a few times, and nothing's ever been damaged. IIRC they ship from Vancouver by Canada Post, so transit time depends on where you live. I think it took about a week to reach Toronto.

I'd say go for it. They're not sketchy or anything.

I'm just outside of Toronto.

I was just worried they may just ship my amiibo's in a bubble mailer or some Best Buy kinda crap and I would end up getting them all bent and ripped.

It's not exactly cheap to order from there either so didn't want to risk fighting with them about shipping and whatnot.

Bought my Wii U and some 3DS Accessories from them. Ran into transaction issues with my credit card both times, but they were really nice and upgraded my shipping to compensate the downtime.

They were well protected in the shipping box too, I wish Amazon packaged their deliveries half as good.
