i mean considering that gaming is going to shit because of hardware prices , shitty practices by companies , pushing of AI i think the only future that might satisfy me will be one in which gaming will be like in ready player one , technology is advancing faster every year , cloud gaming will most likely be the default after 2030 so how many years until we can go to the Oasis , 20 years maybe ?

i already got into hiking and reading fantasy books ( i paused it for a while but it looks like im going back at it ) , gaming just wont be the same

Aside from the hardware price hike, I'm happy with my Switch 2 and PC. And even then, considering inflation and current prices, the cost of the Switch 2 isn't absurd.
