6-12 every day plus a half gallon of milk

I usually eat em scrambled cause it's the easiest to make and yes I weight train 3-4 days a week

So one of those Egg Council creeps got to you, too, huh?

You'd better run, egg!

I freaking love eggs but I usually only eat maybe three or four a day. Typically just scramble a few for breakfast or make one sunny-side up and eat it on a piece of toast and then boil a couple for lunch/a snack later on.

Fuck eggs. Yeah I fucking hate eggs.

Shit is the definition of shit.

Taste like shit, consistency is shit.

Only good egg is dipping my toast in the yolk, throw the rest of that shit away.

Since I have been able to feed myself, I have never eaten eggs. They make me throw up.

Other than mixed into a product (meringe, hot cake etc.) I simply do not eat eggs at all.

What's the deal with eggs and choloesterol?

Dietary cholesterol has very little impact on blood cholesterol. It's akin to saying "eating fat makes you fat," which is not true. If you google "scientific report of the 2015 dietary guidelines advisory committee," it should lead to a PDF. You can ctrl F for cholesterol; you'll see that it is no longer considered a nutrient of concern.

I eat probably 5-6 per week.

But I'm not trying to bulk up... I'm trying to maintain/lose weight.

Also, there are two types of cholesterol levels measured in your blood. Low density and high density lipoprotein. Low density is the bad stuff, and eggs contain HDL. So really they are very good for you, and help lower LDL.

There are so many things you can do with eggs and so many ways to prepare them. If you haven't found a single way to enjoy them, I think that really says more about your ability to cook or your perception to taste.

You're allowed to dislike them, but it's just odd considering how prevalent they are in food.

Serious question, are eggs good for bulking vs. eating other breakfast foods like oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, pop tarts, etc.?

They are considered essential. They're a complete protein with everything you need. Pop tarts will spike your blood sugar and only make you hungrier. There is absolutely nothing good about it. Throwaway calories is what that is. Oatmeal is fibrously good with eggs on the side.

If you are going to have something sweet, fruit is definitely the preferred option, but I'd advise against too much of it. I've noticed myself crash after having a lot of fruit just the same way I would if I had a pop tart. One may be healthier but depending on the fruit - in my case pineapple - it may have a lot of sugar.

Yes, eggs milk fat free Greek yogurt and plain oatmeal are excellent sources of protein with little fat. Especially Greek yogurt is a super food. 22g protein and 0 fat.

Pop tarts and sugar in general id avoid.

There isn't really one. I stay away from egg whites because they taste worse and have less nutritional value.

Greek yogurt is good as a snack/treat, but otherwise isn't anything special. Too much sugar. Super expensive too!

Chobani Fat free Greek yogurt has about 6g sugar, 22g of protein, 9g carbs and 0 fat. It's excellent snack for weight lifters.

I eat 4 a day during the week and sometimes more during the weekend. I eat them scrambled, over easy and as an omelette. Love love love eggs. As to your other question, I train for powerlifting as well.

We have chickens, only four but enough that we have 3 eggs every day, thought we'd get through them as a family of 5, but still got a stockpile of 15+ at any one time. I try to make a dent every weekend with pancakes, Yorkshire puddings, egg in a basket etc. still seem to have too many. Still, best eggs ever from your own hens the day they are laid.

1 or 2. If it's one I've having it softobiled on top of wholewheat toat and baked beans. If it's 2 I've having them softboiled with wholewheat toast dippy soldiers.

Fuck yeah eggs.

I'm not trying to bulk up, but if I have eggs with breakfast I typically have two. I prefer them fried with a slightly runny yolk, or scrambled with cheese, onions, peppers, and some chicken apple sausage we have.

2, maybe 3 a day. Good calorie source and I feel pretty good afterwards. Plus I love fried egg sandwiches with American cheese and chili garlic sauce.

In all seriousness, I usually skip breakfast, but when I don't, it's usually to eat a couple of eggs. Good stuff.

Hate eggs

I hate the smell, the texture in my mouth and the taste.

When I was younger I had to eat my eggs like tablets. Put a small amount in my mouth, then some water and chew hoping I don't taste it.
