Yep. The main cast will again be Iron Man, Cap, Thor, Hulk, Widow, Hawkeye, with Spider-Man, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Ant-Man added in to varying degrees. Anything beyond those characters will be brief cameos. Some of them might even end up as little more than cameos.

They're probably going to introduce a lot of Inhumans, I bet. And we don't know how big the roster will be for Guardians of the Galaxy soon.

No reboot. After Infinity War come the Inhumans. They'll just keep rotating characters in and out of the movies to keep things fresh. We'll get characters recasted over time but I think they will avoid doing a full reboot.
