How many systems do you currently have hooked up?

When I had the space, I had it set up on 3 different TVs. Old systems on nice Sony CRT, modern systems on an HDTV, and a 3rd smaller CRT on its side for tate mode vertical shumps. Now adays with less space, and living with the GF I just have everything set up to my HDTV. I've got 17 systems hooked up to my HDTV right now.

NES
Master System
SNES
Genesis (with 32x and CD add on connected)
Turbo Graphics 16
NeoGeo AES
N64
Saturn
3DO
Gamecube
Dreamcast
PS2
Xbox
Xbox 360
PS3
Wii U
PS4

I took down stuff that was redundant. Like the PS1 since the PS2 plays PS1 games, and the Wii since the Wii U can play them. It's a giant mess of wires, power squids and cables behind my tv, and I've wanted to re-organize it and get it not so messy back there, but I haven't had the time or found a solution I like.

I long for the day when we're in a house again so I can set things back up with the older systems on a CRT, and having a CRT set up vertically for tate mode.

Here's some crappy recent pics I took to show a friend. Don't mind that I need to dust and clean up holiday decorations still, or my GF's dvd sitting on the Wii U.

And yes I know my sensor bar fell down behind the tv literally a few minutes before I took the pictures, its such a pain in the ass to fish out when that happens I didin't bother for the pics.

PS4, PS3 and Wii U.

I skipped out on most of the PS3's run, so all these PSN flash sales keep bringing me back to titles I missed. Not complaining, but i'd prefer to just have the Wii U and PS4 hooked up at this point.

Apartment squatting at the moment after selling our house last June, so only my PC/PS4/XB1/Retron 5/Wii U/PS3/360 at the moment, spread across 3 different TVs. Once we're in a house again this summer (hopefully), will likely be several more older systems like my Dreamcast, N64, Saturn, and NeoGeo hooked up that are currently sitting in storage.

I need to look into how to hook a PC to a TV screen before I research and buy a new TV

And before I build a gaming PC
TBH, I'm running an easy setup: my TV and PC are in 2 adjacent rooms and I'm running 30 feet of HDMI cable from the PC to the receiver. My old 560Ti has an HDMI output so that takes care of sound+picture. As I still use my PC with a monitor + speakers, I have to switch sound settings every now and then. I don't touch display settings that much as my TV is seen as a secondary display.

Ready to play:

XBone, 360, PS3, PC, Sega CDX, NES, SNES, Master System.

Nearby with just a couple plugs away:

Gamecube, Vectrex, Wii. (yes I know Wii plays GC games, Eternal Darkness tho)

About to come out of the attic:

Saturn, 3DO,

3.

Pc
wii
x 360

The ps3 is right there as well but it's not hooked up since I moved a couple of months ago. Reminds me I need to get back on demons souls

I have a question for people with lots of connected consoles: How do you manage the cables? My setting seems to collect a fuckton of dust and it is awful to clean up, to the point where I unplugged my Wii because of the jungle it was behind my television. Any tips on that?

  • PS4
  • Wii U
  • Xbox 360 w/Kinect
  • Laptop w/Steam on bedroom TV
  • Retron 5 (to save space/input/power)
    • NES/Famicom
    • Genesis/MegaDrive
    • SNES/Super Famicom
    • GB/GBC/GBA
  • Wii for GC games (just need to swap AC adaptor)
  • Vita charged and ready
  • 3DS XL charged and ready (soon to be 2x New 3DS XLs)

Gotta figure out my Saturn/Dreamcast/Xbox/SMS and eventually my Genesis w/Sega CD

I have 3 systems currently connected: PS3, PS4, and Wii U. Just last weekend I finally retired my PS2 and GameCube to the basement for storage. They served me well over the years.

Wii U in the bedroom.
PS4 and a dying PS3 in the TV room.
Wii in the living room, my kid still plays Wii a lot.
3DS and a crappy laptop.

In my tv room, on my main tv I have a PS4, PS3 and and Xbox 360. On my secondary tv in my tv room, I have a PS3. In my bedroom I have a PS2 hooked up.

PS3 upstairs - Mostly just a Netflix and Blu-Ray machine
PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U - In the man cave

I'm mostly using my Wii U right now, but that will change when The Order and Bloodborne hit.

Only have enough outlet space for three, so right now it's PS2, PS4, and Wii U. I also have a PS3 sitting under my TV but it's not hooked into anything. I can swap it and the PS2 whenever I need to.

Currently I have,

Xbox One, Wii U and PS3 in the family room.
Xbox 360, OG Xbox and Wii in the basement.

If/when I get a PS4, I will probably replace the PS3 in the family room and move the PS3 either to the basement or upstairs to the bedroom.

I have a Wii U, launch PS3 (PS1+2+3), PS4, and Xbone under the TV.
The Wii U isn't actually plugged in though because it shares an HDMI cable with the PS3, and the PS3 is getting a lot of love at the moment thanks to my RE series play through.

All hooked up in the man cave:
PS4 - new releases
PS3 - backlog killing machine
PS Vita TV - PSP or PS1 games only
PS2 (component) - Never gets used, as all of my PS2 controllers broke... mostly ornamental.

I never play any of the portables in the man cave though, the 3DS and the Vita 2000 get used exclusively in bed or on the outside terrace where theres a bit more air.
