I consider myself a pretty good cook, though I still have a lot to learn. I can't wait to have a real kitchen (no oven right now, shitty stove where I can barely fit two pots/pans, and no counter top) and not live alone so it's less of a hassle ingredients wise. Right now I basically cook pasta all week and have fun on the weekends, curries, chilis, peanut chicken, anything with a lot of spice is good in my book!
This guy gets it. My friends think I'm crazy for spending a bit more than them on fresh local ingredients, organic when I can justify the price, and then they wonder my food tastes better.
Jealous. I want to do that too, but since I'll probably be living in a small apartment in the tri-state area for the foreseeable future, it won't be a reality any time soon.
Yeah she won't cook meat so I just eat vegetarian now for the most part. I still eat meat if I go out or want like a burger or some wings but rarely eat meat at home outside of like cold cuts or a microwave burrito
That sucks. It's your business, but I don't think she should refuse to cook meat for you if that's something you like. And vice versa if you were to cook for her. She wouldn't want you making meat in her meals, right?
