I played it for the first time on PS2 and really enjoyed it on PS3 again. It did not feel much different, however...

The PS360 ports are perfectly serviceable, but good lord do they feel lazily put together. There's no anti-aliasing, the new UI graphics look crummy, the dead zones on the sticks are off, the sound is super-compressed, the controls are changed for no good reason, and the trophy list is lacklustre.

They run in 720p and don't have framerate troubles, so they do exactly what they're supposed to I guess. It's RE4 in HD. But the ports seem like they were whipped up in an afternoon, and don't really have any of the care and attention that a game of RE4's calibre deserves. Just a half arsed job all round, really.
