How well known/recognised are you on Gaf?

I'd say costanza is the most well known on OT. As for Gaming, anybody who talks in paragraphs that are actually read has even chances to gaining popularity

Nobody knows me. :( Though I get my avatar quoted often. :lol
Callate guey! I know you.

Edit: r3d panda, I know who you are because your avatar always makes me laugh whenever I see it! It's hilarious.

I recognize a lot of the guys posting in this last page, but other than that, not so many.

I also don't post much on OffTopic, but I guess people could know me for my backfired threads :D :D :D or the MGS fake I did a few days ago.

:(

Gracias, me da gusto no ser olvidado.

I know you, because you always argue with Salva and that's always hilarious.

Beats the fuck outta me is my answer to the question.

Most of the names posted in the last page look familiar to me.

Nope, sorry. Just kidding, fellow music draft participant.

Yeah, I always read what you have to say on the Shonen Jump thread.

Mik2121, Your username is very familiar, if that means anything coming from this lurker [for the most part]. In fact, there are a lot of familiar avatars and usernames that I recognize in this thread alone. I need to start posting more, but I'm kind of a quite guy who'd rather keep his opinions to himself. :lol

edit - Directed at Mik2121. I'm also a slow typer... :(

I think I might be semi-known within Comic-GAF for usually doing the weekly Comic Book Day (though FnordChan did it for years before me and Spike Spiegel's done it a few times, too). Other than that, I haven't really done/said anything notable on GAF.

I've here since about 2000 or a little earlier..... i post a lot in the baseball, LOST and comics thread. used to be more well known when GAF was smaller but know....

Wait, what?

Not at all :( My poor english prevents me making in depth comments about anything and therefore I fade in the gray mass of other gaffers.

I've never thought about it, to be honest. I post quite a bit but don't make many new topics, so I haven't really contributed much to warrant being 'well known' really.

I tend to recognize people by their avatars a lot around here because this is the only message board I go to of such a big scale, so when avatars change it can be confusing, so it's a good thing they don't change often around these parts! :P

I've only recently become a member, so I'm sure there are very few, if any people who know me. But I already recognize a great number of people, mainly by their avatars.

I also know a few people by their names, which mostly happens when I see them post a lot in threads I frequently visit.

I recognise avatars, not usernames.

Exactly, and most of the times I just realize who they are, with the new avatar, because of the content of the posts.

There are probably 20 usernames I can remember.

I greatly value my social status on GAF.

being liked or disliked, recognized, or what have you here is directly connected to the things you say. if you didn't want to be recognized or to have your thoughts considered, you wouldn't post.

pretending that you don't care is a great way to disarm your critics, though. then again, if no one cares to recognize or mention you, you don't have any critics, which may be even worse.

man, this has got to be pretty emotional

i dunno... i go to message boards strictly for discussion. that isn't to say that some things can get kinda personal. but i really don't care. if there was an anonymous posting option i'd use it.
