Well, I'm gonna go take the money I didn't spend today and go to Swiss Chalet with my girlfriend.
Dude, just order the 32 GB from HP canada.
And don't go to Swiss Chalet. WTF? I'm sure there's much better food out there.

I got a 500 error page on the final review page and my card got a 108 charge. Then I find out HP SBM is actually OOS. Grrrr...received no email and I don't know what my order number is. Ill try logging into my account laterlawblob said:HP small biz site is hanging for me when I try to checkout my order.

Anyway, I'm not willing to take the risk with the current $499 price tag on HP's site. I also think my credit card would throw up if I even tried it.

Ya, but I don't have that much room on my card at the moment. So even if I clicked "Buy Now", it wouldn't go through, regardless of any future price adjustment.SRG01 said:The RFD thread is full of answers...
Okay, I'm going to answer this:
Call HP CANADA on Monday to get the price adjusted. It has been stated several times ad nauseum on the RFD thread. You can even call customer service to confirm this story, but I'm sure they're already closed for the evening

Oh man, think of the mess it would create for them if they don't fulfill all of those order. A wall of red, written in blood ink.dallow_bg said:Datavis left me good feedback already.

Feep said:HP Canada is sold out of 16 GB, 32 GB still available. Even though the actual shopping site hasn't updated the price, the TouchPad homepage at HP Canada shows the correct, updated prices.
But the increased memory means nothing to me, and I honestly don't think $149 plus shipping and handling is worth it. I don't need a tablet that badly. = P
Which of the speed hacks are safe to apply in your opinion? There are some conflicting recommendations online.TheExodu5 said:I installed PreWare and applied all of the speed hacks that were recommended. Holy shit this thing is super fast now!

Edit: What's RFD?
Are you concerned that you aren't getting one, or that you may have to wait until the next next shipment? Your card has been charged correct?Technosteve said:Don't ORDER FROM THE SB WEBSITE, =( I FOUND OUT TOO LATE

HP ran out of stock several hours ago and don't know when they're getting more (I'm sure they will though). Their site is just broke and they can't fix it until Monday to reflect their stock.Rorschach said:Care to elaborate?
