Yes you can* just go onto Humble Bundle and if should say "Nintendo eShop codes can only be redeemed on Nintendo eShop in Europe and South Africa. They will not work on American or Japanese Wii U or Nintendo 3DS devices." on the page.
*-Paypal will use their own exchange rate (which is slightly worse than the current one) but charge you in £ or you can choose to pay in $ (but do check what your bank charges for this first, some banks are pretty high).
Averages are volatile when there are few sales as each individual purchase has a larger swing. They can go crazy if a few hundred dollars is one of the first sales (this happened to the Humble Weekly Bundle: Iceberg Interactive 2; there was a brief window where the beat the average cost more than tier 3 and if you bought tier 3 in that time you didn't get the beat the average content
)On your order page there is button at the top which says "like what we're doing? click here to increase your order amount". The "average" you have to beat for the beat the average content is whatever it was when you did the order.

Folks SHOULD be able to check without them being used. When at the screen, if you hit cancel (or just close the tab I think in the redemption site on the web), it won't be redeemed.
I've done this myself to double check if codes can still be used or not before I pass them on.

They always drop back down by the time the new games are added. Then it goes back up.
I forgot to mention, it's an EU code. Is that any good to you?

Go back to the "buy" page where you input your donation amount, in Europe it says directly above the puchase information box,
"Nintendo eShop codes can only be redeemed on Nintendo eShop in Europe and South Africa. They will not work on American or Japanese Wii U or Nintendo 3DS devices. " on an orange background.
See if it says that on your screen.

Which version of Citizens of Earth do I get? I played the 3DS demo but I got stuck in the bar by just walking between characters and couldn't move from that spot. That's as far as I went.

If you ever redownload them make sure you reload your save before booting them. Some of the games are really fickle about not letting you use a save if it's not the most recently loaded version.

FFS. It didn't say that on the buy page (I used hola to spoof the US) but on my key page it says they're only redeemable in the EU, so they must've seen through hola between the purchase page and the checkout without telling me. Brilliant.
I wonder if they can fix this. So awkward.
