Humble Friends of Nintendo Bundle

but probably should have allowed users to select what region they are in. im in asia but have a US 3DS and because of this, im not even able to collect my games

Using a VPN to purchase the bundle should solve this.

wait.... did you buy the bundle and they didn't give the codes or they prevent you from purchasing it in the first place?

edit: really curious about how it ends up for those in 'non-supported' region. if only the bundle exist few months later so that i can test it myself lol

I will try again. I am new at humble bundles. went for the 13$ and received an email with a key code. now...what shoula I do to get the eshop codes? EU here

Go to your email -->click on get your bundle-->redeem-->sign in with your NNID account-->go to your Wii U/3DS and download the software from your list of owned titles in the eShop

Mother of god. Mentally compiling a list of friends with either 3DS or Wii U, already phoned one of them and he got the 13$ tier before even hanging up. This is pretty insane.

Caved and bought the full bundle. :P Excited to see what games are added! :D

To celebrate, I shall give away a NA Freedom Planet Wii U code to the first person to PM me asking for it! :D (Edit: GONE! Enjoy the game Mikurden!)

So three questions before I buy:

1. NA eshop redemption codes work on Canada's eshop, right? Cause I've had problems with actually wallet/credit codes before.

2. Is Darksiders II worth it? Don't really care for SFIV, but I love Zelda.

3. Will games added in the future be sent to me?

I have a good number of these but paid the 13. ASA is worth it for that and we should support indie devs on Nintendo platforms, so it was a no-brainer for me. Skewed the money split in favour of games I'd not previously bought.

OOOH EU TOO??
The lords have blessed us today.

2. Combat is fun, dungeons are ok, framerate is janky, art style is really cool, bosses range from awesome to "eh". It's definitely a lengthy experience, so from an hours perspective it's a good value proposition.

I got the 1st tier for a dollar. Wish I got in on this early and got the 2nd tier for cheaper.

Noice. Begrudgingly spent 12€ or somesuch for a hefty amount of games. Today was a good day.

Would have been hilarious if they had given out coins for these purchases. I am so not complaining.

Okay, so I have extra codes for:

Shantae Wii U
Shantae 3DS
Citizens of Earth Wii U
Darksiders II

PM me which one you'd want, first come first served.

I don't really care for Street Fighter or Darksiders II, but I got the top tier anyway. Well, DSII looks interesting but I've often seen it cheap in-store so it didn't really strike me as a 'top-tier' title. But still! Such good value in this bundle. ;;

Darksiders 2's budget was so large that it killed THQ when it flopped.

Well, they were half-dead anyway, but it's financial failure was definitely the final nail in the coffin.

anyone wanna trade (my US keys for your US key):

- Gunman Clive 3DS
- Mighty Switch Force! 3DS
- Steamworld Dig 3DS
- Woah Dave! 3DS

for:

- Street Fighter IV 3D

?

figure its worth a shot

edit: traded to buttonbasher

Ooh, this is a good one. I might go in for Shantae, Affordable Space Adventures, and Rhythm Thief, as those are the only ones I don't have. Well, also SSFIV3D, but I honestly don't have much interest in playing Street Fighter on the 3DS.

Darksiders 2 is kinda divisive, but it's one of my favorite games. It's a bit less Zelda-ish than the first one with more of a focus on the RPG elements and loot and stuff, but there are still dungeons and bosses and puzzles. I can't promise that you'll love it, but I'd say it's definitely worth giving it a shot for $13.

As far as the Wii U version specifically, it's fine. From my memory, it runs decently, some frame drops but not a lot of frame tearing, and the Gamepad implementation is pretty good. You can use it as a map or to switch items or check out your gear. Though the Pro controller is so good I preferred to use that.

I'm guessing they got the codes for the wrong region

LOL nope. They flat out refuse to provide keys at all if ur in Asia even after purchase. VPN does not circumvent it

Unfortunately, Affordable Space Adventures is over 1 gig. And my 8gb WiiU does not have enough space. DLC and extra game files has filled it up.

Just got the 13$ tier bundle for EU, awesome stuff. But i don't have a 3DS, so I'm giving away codes for:

- Retro City Rampage
- Shantae 3DS
- Rhythm Thief
- Street Fighter IV 3D

Just pm me, first come first serve =)

EDIT: All gone, sorry guys!
