Actually, now that I have read the entire IGN review she doesn't seem to treat the game unfairly. She actually liked the characters and their funny chatter, but just was put off by the blatant fan service and how easy the game was.
I am pretty sure a slightly different approach of the game (more complex/difficult and exchanging parts of the male orientated fanservice for, ehm, more gender neutral funny stuff) would have led to her giving the game a much higher score. Overall she seems to be interested in the genre.
