Hyrule Warriors coming to 3DS

That golden ocarina item at the end of the trailer wasn't in the Wii U version, so it seems like there'll be some additions aside from the 2 characters. However, they still showed no new areas or enemies, which is the thing lacking the most in Hyrule Warriors' DLC... There's also a moment in the trailer with what looked like a character switching mechanic, like in Samurai Warriors Chronicles. Still, I just want new areas and enemies. It can't be hard...
The grunt tier enemies are pretty much just background decoration in HW anyway. Cutting them down in number changes the game very little. The only relevant ones are the captain types with their attack patterns and weakness points.

I can play it on a bus?
The difference being that cross play is a thing for Sony platforms and is super uncommon on nintendo platforms.
If they really want to play hyrule warriors but having more than 10 enemies on screen is just too overwhelming?
Which is a damn shame. Echoes of Time had online cross play on Wii and DS. The freakin Wii and DS!

This is a double dip for me for sure, the Wii U version was crack and I'm sure this will be portable crack.

So I can play this whenever/wherever?
I know I will put at least 5x as much time on this than the Wii U game.

agree, plus the ability to switch charcters means you have more you won't die as oftern and get stuck on the longer time sections.

it could be, but the trailer showed (for the JP release) OG 3DS boxart so we'll have to wait and see.

Is this exclusive for New 3DS? It looks too good to be on an OG system. I also wonder if Nintendo are going to take the hit and just announce this early.

I don't know why, but I want to buy it now. Had very little interest on Wii U but I'll buy it if it runs well. If it isn't already a New 3DS exclusive, I'm really hoping the New 3DS gives it a nice graphical boost.

I just noticed that there's no Amiibo icon on the box art. I imagine that means that the Spinner will be part of the regular game flow now, but I'm surprised they wouldn't have any Amiibo support, given the number of Zelda-related figures and the mostly minor but useful functionality they provided in the Wii U version.

I thought the 3ds doesnt have amiibo function? Which proves this is a 3ds title, and ... why did we buy an N3ds again(just for xenoblade and amiibo functions in games?)

Awesome, I love Hyrule Warriors. I am pretty excited to see how this turns out because it would be cool to play this on the go.
If Nintendo wants to be super cool then release a new wave of Amiibos alongside this.
