I cannot get the prelude/chapter movies to play. I'm running Vista and using compatibility mode (xp service pack 2) does not help.

I have all the latest drivers and updates.

All I get is a black screenwhen a movie/cutscene should play. I can't seem to find an answer at Bioware's fourm when I did a search.

Help?
