This fear was constantly at the back of my head, and it was build up, building up questions like; "What if the magic is gone?" Even though that the magic was still there and it kept buildng up and building up, and then it was causing guilt etc. This happened with every single girl, even with dam hot ones.

Well I was skipping out on my friends, to talk to my gf every day. I didnt want to go late beacuse then she would ak questions etc.

What? Your relationship should never come in the way of socializing with friends. That's always a bad sign. It can happen naturally but it should never be a consequence of your partner being insecure. That's just trouble.
Skype. I dont use a phone, it got dusty, I just realised how limiting it is to have a phone. Your fellow teachers could find you anywhere any time, your group students the same and all you wanted is to have a break. BUT NO, they call you say that you have to meet up to finish this and that andyour break is ruined.

If anything, breaking up should make you jump around with joy because you could not handle the stressful situation any longer, you kept argueing with her and/or she was just a cold heartless bitch. Something tells me you have not thought this through before breaking up with her.

My ex basically ignored and avoided me for three weeks, I finally confronted her and she wouldn't even say she wanted to break up, just kept dodging the issue saying shit like "idk I just feel weird about things". I broke up with her then and I've felt like shit since so I feel you bro, but things get better with time.
