For now, I only have Dreamworks and obligatory Google.

Yes I have, but they give out very little details and Google searches of most of those firms either don't yield details or everything resolves about how much money they give to their employees (e.g. Salesforce). I need more details about the working climate, employee treatment etc.

I would check out a lot of the silicon valley companies such as Pixar, Adobe, Cisco, Facebook, etc.

Many of them have taken after this whole new working environment and made it more comfortable on their employees. I know locally here in Ohio, there are 2 Verizon buildings and the bottom floors have a giant workout facitility and dining hall for the employees in the mornings
