I don't think Hulk is "hard to portray" it's simply Marvel hasn't done a good job at it. We've had Batman movies able to portray him and Bruce Wayne, the same Superman and Clark Kent and Spiderman and Peter Parker. Hulk is hardly the first movie with a duality to his character where the movies have to address both

Plus I'd rather have a She-Hulk series entitled "Single Female Lawyer"

Hmmm. Well, assuming we need more super hero films/shows (we don't), I can't see this going any other way but cheese. I would go full-on camp, not half-ass it like Ant Man or Gaurdians. Give me that Adam West style goodness.

...am I the only one that thought Ant Man was a wet rag of a film and that Gaurdians is middling at best? GotG has to be one of the most over-rated super hero films, man, it really isn't that good. There is a laundry list of issues I have with that movie that everyone else just handwaves.

She-Hulk is almost always pretty great.

Plus, her role in the MU basically is that of the MU's equivalent of Wonder Woman, so I think this is pretty smart if they did it.

He had a tie-in during Secret Wars (it was decent. Sorrentino on art made it better than it was), wherein his universe becomes one of the ones to be destroyed. With him, like Miles Morales and The Maker, coming over to this one.

He is currently on the team roster in Extraordinary X-Men and has his own solo series coming next month (Lemire and Sorrentino, the same team that did the Outsiders War on Green Arrow's New 52 book).
