I'm being legit, drunk videogames are hillarious and unlikely to get you dead.
Try soaking in nature. If you're able to, go spend some time being around trees, animals, and a lake. Do some fishing, admire the scenery. I really enjoy just sitting there and looking at animals going about their day, and looking at how beautiful trees and lakes can be. That's sort of therapeutic for me.

It's funny how there's always something missing, I've got family and work and family family, I could really go for some alone time.
Going to agree with a few other people in saying as much as I love drugs and alcohol, and totally believe in recreational use, that is the key, recreation.
You should only use when your okay and want to enhance, when you do it to avoid or run away that is when it causes problems. I always stay sober when I am in those moods. That way I can work on my issues so they don't get worse, and save the substances for when I'm fine and want to feel finer.
