I been trying to cut down for about 15 or so months now. Maybe longer. To no avail really, i had a good few stabs at it, but i just need to release from time to time. I would say that it not everyday now, but recently cut it down to a couple times a week, and i pretty much only watch Lesbian or Female Solo now. But i would advise just gradually reduce the amounts you are using. If like me, you been doing it everyday for 10 years it is going to be hard to just drop it. For those 10 years, it never really felt like a problem, it just became a habit, an habit i enjoyed a lot at times.
Personally i've been trying to stop because i realised that i was looking at most girls as a sexual object, i've been single for too long and kind of just accepted porn as an alternative, and i had that "what if i am gay thought" which i can't shake (Despite being 29/30 and having no prior thoughts to the matter) . Personally i have had no issues with performance - saying that i haven't had sex in a while, but whilst kissing or even talking to some girls i've had no issues becoming aroused.
I kind of get bored by porn now, and once you do step back from it for a while you realise how ..weird most porn looks like and how mechanical a lot of it looks. Also my head ain't been with the action on screen, it just a mad rush to ejaculate.
But i'm with the camp that porn addiction is a thing. I don't think the likes of /NoFap is the holy grail to every sexual related problems, it won't magically cure you ; personally i think there are deeper lying issues at hand, but i do think that reducing you consumption will have benefits. Since you are in a relationship, you should see benefits pretty quickly, and just try and experiment in the bedroom, take that curiosity to the sheets!
