So far england and ireland did provide the most fun in the world cup without them this will be officially the most boring world cup. I have not watched single match yet just following score on cricinfo though. So i guess top 4 will go to quarter final right?

Yeah, epic collapse by India, they were on target for 350 at least. Tendulkar is too good though.

Hopefully SA can make a game of this and not cho... I can't finish that word.
 
The India collapse was the worst shit I have seen in a really long time, simply horrible the way they were just walking in and out. Good innings from the openers and Gambhir but nothing at all after that. Dhoni was giving his shit yesterday about how he wants the top three to score big so the big hitters can some and do their thing. Full of shit.
 
close match at the end and a good win for South Africa... Dhoni should have gone with Harbagan Singh instead of going with Nehru.

Good match. Even though I am an Indian, it was not that bad to see SA winning. India will be in quarter finals anyway and SA has had some bad-luck in previous world cups. They are a good team too.

Well I hope SA doesnt win this one too, I cant put my finger on it but I've never liked SA dunno why.
 
Nehra needs to fuck off and that too quickly, no idea why he was playing and more importantly knew India would lose once known he would bowl the final over, not really good for a frontline bowler. Match was lost before SA even started batting with those 9 wickets lost in the end, I'm raging here because of that. I don't get carried away with sport but the last 10 overs when India batted was fucking awful, worst shit I've seen in ages.

Dhoni needs to maybe do something for the first time in 10 years the usless cunt, Sehwag and Sachin are doing well but thankfully it's the subcontinent otherwise Sehwag would not even know how to hold a bat, Pathan failed again but he's done well as of late, same for Yuvraj, Gambhir and Kohli. Sachin needs to make 200 runs every time otherwise the bowlers will not be able to defend the score. :/

I guess we have a different understanding of what constitutes a good match. I usually prefer a strong team performance over a one man stand that is followed by a collapse. That's not good cricket, especially when bowling that led to said collapse wasn't anything exceptional.

What what .. you said performances and now you're going back to the game. The game was good because of two brilliant performances, no two ways about it.

The game was lacking in individual performances from the Indian side. They got off to an unbelievable start and collapsed on their own. It would have been different if I could credit the collapse to SA's amazing bowling but it really wasn't that great. Just a weak effort from the Indian batsmen. I still think it was a good game because it was a nail biter in the end but that doesn't excuse a dismal Indian batting performance.

Edit: You must have a very poor appreciation and understanding of cricket if you call this a brilliant performance

LOL Its ok KingDizzi. I love India with all my heart and would've preferred India winning too, but its OK. We are in the quarters anyway. :)
