it wont.
Actually you can. That is precisely how it's controlled.SpacLock said:You can't play Ninja Gaiden with a wiimote. Nintendo loses.

Jonnyram said:What will happen next gen? Will everyone, including Nintendo, just make more powerful consoles featuring the "remote" technology?
How long will the generation last? If Sony and Microsoft are beaten into 2nd and 3rd place, will they be happy to sit out the generation for 5 or 6 years, or will they start another console war before we need a new console?
Forget the fact that the Revolution might not (and probably won't) win. That's not what I'm talking about... I'm wondering how things will be if Nintendo's point (that graphics are less important than new forms of fun) is proven.
NG on the VC? I'm talking about playing it just as it was played on the NES. Controller is essentially identical. Unless you're talking about a new NG. In that case I think the Wiimote swinging action would be great.SpacLock said:Sure i guess you could, but it would be Ninja Garbage instead of Ninja Gaiden.

WARCOCK said:I really dont know where you rationally come off suggesting "probably won't" considering recent trends. It just seems like an initiative to reach common ground with sony/ms bots. It might be great to deter "CONSOLE WARZ" type discussions, but it just isnt trueIn any case nintendo already suggested they are going to go back to making more performance adept machines after this generation. I believe that if nintendo comes out on top sony or microsoft will have a strong market chunk, reinforcing the relevance of traditional type HARDCORE GAMERZ wants. So nice graphix are not going anywhere. Wii was a counter to address ongoing trends this generation in order to remain a viable competitor, with nintendo in the lead they would have no reason to keep up such a strategy unless overwhelmingly desired by the market. What should be alarming for next generation though its the incredible rate at which PC technology is progressing. The usual cycle seemed to indicate that it took at least a year or 2 before PC games truly catched up with consoles in providing a comparable affordable solution. Right off the bat this gen we saw more technically impressive pc titles then what was offered on consoles. Also the recent price cuts on intel quads and dualies and recent support from capcom are probable indicators of what is to come.
