Visiting the Battletech universe and piloting some giant mechs would've been amazing.

In order:
  1. Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley (Hogwarts Legacy)*
  2. The Mist Continent (Final Fantasy IX)
  3. Spira (Final Fantasy X)
  4. Esthar or Galbadia Continent (Final Fantasy VIII)
Hogwarts Legacy has an asterisk because it only makes the list if I would be a proper wizard. If I'm a Muggle, then the other choices are more appealing.

Final Fantasy X's Spira beat out Final Fantasy IX only because the world of Final Fantasy X is so beautiful. It would be amazing to visit Besaid Island, and then just travel up-and-up through all of the major ports/cities until you finish off with the Zanarkand ruins. The beauty of the Moonflow, visiting Luca to watch tournaments, taking a starlit walk up to the entrance of the Zanarkand ruins. Breathtaking.

Final Fantasy IX's Mist Continent beat out Final Fantasy VIII's Esthar/Galbadia Continent due to the sheer diversity of species/races and the size of the population. Alexandria, Lindblum, and Treno, all with normal humans, beast-men, four-armed dudes, and a ton of sights to see. Awesome.

Final Fantasy VIII has Triple Triad. That makes it worthy of being on anyone's list. I don't need to explain how amazing that game is. It is one of the best mini-games, if not the best mini-game, every put in a video game.
