If you had just one wish? Only one demand?

just money... all i want is to live without the stress of having no money to live a small, slow life

This.
Lack of financial freedom seems to be the root source of so much stress and wasted potential in self-growth.

I wish I could just "live" to be myself, rather than survive.

End Islamophobia once and for all.

I just wanna live a normal life without being burdened or discriminated. Is it too fucking hard to ask?

A smaller dick. Or did somebody already say that?

I would wish to have so much money that I could stop working and just do what I want.

You would be my boo.

For the human species to achieve a state of enlightenment.

You know, like Star Trek shit.

Or maybe to reach a stage of evolution where time and space and thought are all physical dimensions that we can perceive and navigate. The pinnacle of the human race.

I'd rather the former though, less extreme and not completely unknowable to our feeble minds.

If I had one wish that I could wish this holiday season, it would be that all the children of the world to join hands and sing together in the spirit of harmony and peace.

Hmm, if it's anything then I'd wish to be an immortal sub-deity with the ability to travel between planes, where each plane is the culmination and realization of dreams/ideas/etc. I'd then be able to lock my memories and abilities so that I could experience whatever the place offered like a normal person. Ultimately I'd be able to experience and do everything ever.

Immortality. Me and my better half have argued over this. She says she wouldn't want to live forever. I would love to.

The universe is so big and possibility is infinite and the worse part, the next generation get to explore it.

:(

Matter manipulation and the wisdom of how to use it. It'd give me the ability to cure any disease and heal any patient. Lost a leg? No problem, I'll change all the matter around you into a brand new leg for you. It's allow me to repair any damage to any structure, or even build brand new structures and homes for those who need it.

I'd love to help everyone in this way.

Grounded in reality wish? To be able to work w/ aonuma and team on the zelda franchise. I want to contribute to the game franchise I love most. Put my signature on something timeless.

I want to be able to anonymously slap anyone from anywhere I am upside the head anytime they are doing something mean/stupid/hurtful etc. If I am aware they are being a dumbass to someone else, or to themselves, they are getting a quick smack to the head.

Trump would be a slap focus lately.

I would wish that I always knew exactly what to do in any given situation to achieve what I would consider to be the best possible outcome.

(yes, I've thought about the wording before.)

12 inch pianist.

Beside from that, I'll take some new gear for my camera. I have pretty much everything I need. I'm a simple dude.

I'm surprised about all the "money" wishes. Like, bruh, my guess is you want money to be able to live freely and do what you want, but that shit will all end within probably 80 years anyway when you die. You've gotta wish bigger than something so limited as money.

I want Superman's power set so I can bully nations into doing the things I want.

"Hey Israel, stop being a dick or I'll just push this whole dumb planet into the sun."

This for me too. I would want omnipotent powers so that I could forcefully just foil all these punk ass country leaders' plans. When some country leader is trying to do something really terrible, I want to stop it in it's tracks without even breaking a sweat. I want to see those leaders all puzzled and panicked when they're trying to come to terms with the fact that there is absolutely nothing they could ever even hope to do to achieve their shitfuck goals where a lot of innocent people would get fucked over. It would change the whole world and the status quo. No longer fat cats in suits laughing it up in closed doors meetings where it gets decided what fucked up shit happens to the people in country X so that they can gain more wealth and power which they will wield to get even more wealth and power. I want them to face an obstacle that they could never hope to do anything against. I want to see that glorious desperation on their faces when they realize that their way of world control will never exist anymore. Resistance is futile, and you will be assimilated.

I have this weird thing where I feel wishes or desires that directly affect other people should be off limits too. It's one thing to wish to change something about yourself, or to wish for something physical, like money, etc, and affect people with it after. But I feel like that's a fallacy in the "you get one wish" scenario.

I can't wish for anything because anything that would happen after that would be my fault.

If you had a wish you basically have temporary omnipotent power, even if its only one wish.

So lets say the one wish I wish for, even if I say "oh I only want something modest and small", what you wish for doesn't matter, what matters is what you didn't wish for. Every person after you wish that dies of cancer is your responsibility, because you could have wished cancer out of existence but wished for a house in the Bahamas or something. Even if you wish away cancer, what about the other diseases, or wars, etc. You for a moment had the opportunity, if the wish was phrased correctly to prevent the vast majority of future misfortune but failed to do so, so everything falls on you.

The world flourished, mankind died.*

I agree to this, but the original intention, and what I should've said was

and thus mankind died.

In immortality is no life, because life is death. Without death, there is no life. Just look at our planets. They don't die. That's why we don't say they're alive.

My bad, I got it wrong for some reason.
I had another thing in mind.

Pay my student loans.

I'm boring, but god I could live my life so differently without worrying about paying for them

I've had an answer for this question for a long time:

Unlimited mental stamina

What bothers me most as a human being is that I have a limit of mental energy, forcing me how and what I spend my time. Having to stop learning about the world and working with others for something so arbitary bothers the fuck out of me, and this one change more than any other I think would help human beings the most.

Being limited here creates the reluctance to think and act that we see from so many people, I think - People don't want to become tired and frustrated and altogether aware of this limitation, so they'd rather do nothing at all.

If I could be allowed to expand on my wish, I would include protection from physical and mental maladies and then unlimited physical stamina.
